ONE OF THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER WHO DOESN'T REPLY TO MAILS, CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, CALL TO DELIVERY PERSON AND THE BOOKING OFFICE FOR ANY TYPE OF DELAYED COURIER. FOR SUCH REPONSE FROM THERE SIDE THERE LICENCE SHOULD BE CANCELED.

Bakwas service. There are no mentioned of Delivery man contact or DTDC office address, Not receiving call by customer care. How can we track courier? Online tracking system showing *RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE*. I'm constant waiting from Morning to evening for my parcel.

The worst service I have ever seen... On my address many couriers get delivered regularly but they're marking my address as wrong... I called them multiple times & told them my address despite it being absolutely correct already, my package didn't get delivered.. Their customer care executives themselves are admitting that the address is complete & correct as it consists of flat no, block no, floor no, area name, landmark,city,state,pin code but they're just saying one thing within 24 hrs your package would get delivered but since 15th April that 24 hrs never came.. Shame on your service you're keeping someone's important stuff like this just because you're so lazy in fufilling your duty & you just want to be like this... Since it's not your package, not your money, you will get your salary on time whether you deliver or not so why to make efforts... Right?? Shame on your service!!

Worst courier service. No update on tracking. No call by delievery agent for address they directly mark as door lock without even attempting delivery. Poor customer support. No update on where my consignment and very slow and delayed service and worst delivery system . no proper communication system. Worst ever experience and air shipment is very slow compare to other delivery service company.
