Worst ever service, no door step delivery. When sending the courier, they will check the pincode and confirm there is door step delivery but when it reaches sirkali, they will say no delivery at home, come and collect in the office. Even If they say home delivery is there just don't send through this courier. Completely unprofessional. Normal post is better than this, it will be delayed but cheaper for the same service.
