I guess they are not getting paid properly no one picks call, girls sitting on troll free number also wont help, worst experience I had with this CHAPRI courier service. They should change their slogan from leader is express to chapri express.

The worst experience through this service, they won’t deliver your parcel for month and trying to keep for themselves. Even we paid the delivery charges, there is no call no delivery. I suggest do not use TCI express special this Pune kondhwa branch.

TCI express pune xnoc quite poor on timely delivery. This is second time in last 2 years that the consignment reached to them from Mumbai 12 days back and they couldn't arrange a delivery person to deliver. Finally I have to owrsonally visit to their center to pickup my courier. Very poor delivery reliability.
