Extremely unorganized, short staffed, employees here try their best for good service,but in vain. Had to travel 12kms to collect an urgent business document as they do not have a branch office nearby to my place. Would not recommend anyone.

This is the last poimt of dtdc courier where you can give the urgent couriers upto 8.30pm. my courier has to reach next day but I missed at my place so I went there and gave. It reached on time. Usually dtdc will pickup all the couriers at particular time at all over units. If we miss there any urgent courier we can deliver here before 8.30 pm .

Useless, Careless, Even Government service is better. No shy feeling. Nothing. Idiotic behavior. Wont lift the phone. If we went personally, careless attitude from beginning. very late delivery, I advice better select any other courriers including Indian Postal Speed Post.

Hopeless service. They avoided delivering a parcel a day before Christmas so that they can take a 2 day rest. My home was literally a kilo meter away. Avoid DTDC like the plague, especially this center.

I am supposed to get a parcel delivered. My docket no is H42842519. When I tracked my courier it is mentioned as it has left for delivery on 16th April. Today is 20th and it is yet to reach me. It is a parcel from Tirupati. Your services are very bad. Non of the telephone numbers given in the web page of yours will reply or even pick up calls. This is too bad.

Useless , Irresponsible and Careless is what i can say about DTDC basheerbagh where they dont put any effort in delivering the courier. I am supposed to receive a package from Amazon and their tracking shows attempted where as they have never contacted me. I have send a parcel from Hyd to Pune and they have never delivered the package and I have not even received the package back. Never use this operator especially from Basheerbagh.

worst service, first provide correct valid phone no. this is my tracker no : x13432833 and the same received with empty pack. this item when shipped from ebay seller it was 0.090kg and the same scanned at basheerbagh branch it was 0.070kg and item was missed.
