Had been here to avail postal services. Must say that there were more people waiting to avail postal service, out of 4 counters only one counter was functioning until it was 11:30 AM. later counter 4 opened. Out of 4 Counters, only 2 were active and were taking time to process requests. Processing time could have been improved at counters. Senior citizens often visit this place, and need to improve in processing requests. There is ample space for users to park two wheelers.

Even though after Providing the Postman with Required Landmark and asked him to drop the Postal Parcel to Drop the Parcel in the same ADDRESS as MENTIONED IN THE POST......... So go somewhere else for your aadhar update.

I went in last weekend to the Sub Foreign Post Office to check on an International package that had been in Customs for a few days at that point. I ended up getting there when the staff went on lunch break so I had to wait around half an hour until they were done. I got my local number from the help desk on the first floor (designated to registered parcels I believe) and then went across the hall to learn of its status from the Customs office. The staff working there were very kind and courteous and let me know that my package was still waiting to be checked. I was given a rough estimate of getting my package the week after but still no sign of it yet. Overall, the PO was a good experience, but just a bit slow in terms of their processing times.

Worst service ever ! Staff are so unprofessional and completely inhuman and they don’t have sufficient knowledge to guide the customers ! Regretting why I chose this branch! They make you wait for 2 -3 hours and then ask you to come next day and it repeats ! I had to roam for more than a month continuously everyday to get my work done ! Highly disappointed with the kind of service post office is providing to its customer ! Planning on closing all my deposits in it and transferring in any other bank ! If you are searching for the Postal Customs Office on Crescent Road; you will be disappointed. All that driving and finding a parking spot at SBI and then towards Postal Office, will lead to a Blank! Office's is shifted. Ask the staff then you will be going around seeing different post offices around the city! This Customs Postal Office is NOW located here; in this space; 4th Cross Chamarajapete, Bengaluru South. Staff are quite courteous unlike other Government/ Customs Office. They hear out your plead and then decide accordingly. It was a good interaction with Smt. Uma - who's the current Superintendent.
