In Google mension 5pm closing..still the guy ddn't received reached by 3pm n behave very rude...this is very bad experience..we are also not sending by free ...we are also paying..he is free sitting in the system n reply he is very much bzi.... little humidity if u do nothing will happen.. why govt is keeping the post office then .... management should take action....it's not complaint but ua getting what ua working.. pathetic i ever received response

Four time I had courier to my native in north East State reached my courier on time. Some of my friends said not to send courier from this post office. But I find the most safest and fastest service. In the counter there was a lady. She is very punctual and works are done very fast. Appreciate alot. Any query or doubt she will clarify very clearly. But one thing which I would like to suggest that if digital payment mode is available than this post office would be best place.

This post Office is worst post office I ever visited. They said that I can post only five packages a time, big size are not allowed. They said our package are too big, too tall and different reasons and rejected most of the packags and After seeing my packages are to be send to North India, they said only one package per person is allowed. They make new rules and stuff by looking at people. They have zero respect toward customer and treat us as if they are giving free service, they ignore us and give us face... Hope it helps...

Just received my parcel before time. The delivery boy Manoj delivered the parcel at the door, which was unbelievable. And he was so polite & educated. I had sent parcels to Noida, Patna recently but every time the receivers have been asked to pick up the parcel from post office. Where as in Bangalore, India post office put in effort to deliver 11kgs parcel at home. Feeling so glad & proud of Bangalore post office services! Great experience. I just checked & found Mr. Mutthu is the Head post master of this branch. Thank you Mr. Muthu for grooming your team so well. Well done Manoj - great services. Be remain the same! I would rate 5 star for effectiveness & good behavior shown by Manoj.

Went to the post office, personally to collect my son's passport as the postman who came to deliver it was rude and arrogant and didn't give me inspite of having all proofs and acknowledgement letter . At the post office, the two seniors were polite and helpful as I went there immediately .Received the passport. Thanks to the two people in charge there. Keep up the good work.

There is always a rush in this postoffice. Staff are inefficient. Staff is quite rude and misbehaves with customers. Its very filthy and you can see dusts all arounds a typical government office look. Just outside a pile of garbage add to its apathy. Though, area wise it is a big postoffice. The postmaster attitude is, I do not care, stand in big mismanaged queue.
