This place is not disabled friendly. The staff here do not treat disabled people properly. Even if they go, they don't give them a place to sit. Wheelchair users and visually impaired face a lot of difficulty as this place has winding stairs. Do not add items to proper place. We have to go and buy things ourselves. Every time the item arrives for me, I have to go to its location and buy it. So much so that I am a visually impaired person crossing the road from the new bus stand with great difficulty to buy things. I would give this company zero score for product delivery.
