They never deliver courier when delivery place in some distance, they will call and we need to collect. They didn't even say while booking. Definately if we are in village we need to go and collect. But in Chennai, they deliver perfectly. It's always better to choose Indian Post to deliver in exact place. I have mailed to top management, no responce which is expected. 2 star for Chennai delivery.
