But here they won't mind it. After our several calls only , they say as yes your parcel reached here come and collect it.

They are not delivering documents in the receiving day and if we went to their office only they are delivering.Thats too if we contact them only. It's against courier service norms and only lorry parcel service adopting this way of service for a very little amount charges. But for high courier charges only given for timely door delivery. So very worst service rendering! Verymuch disappointed.
