I would have give a Zero Rating, its not available to rate that's bad. Worst service from Ecom. Delivery executives won't reach out even I've contacted them couple of times and updates the status as Delivery Rejected. And also if you went to collect the Shipment they won't consider and saying many shipments needs to check yours etc... Due to this my orders got canceled.

Pathetic. Unprofessional. Unreliable. Fraud I had booked an item online from theartment.com on 26 Jan 22. On 29 Jan 22, I received a message from The Artment saying that the item has been dispatched via Ecom express from Gurugram to Hyderabad (ETA 05 Feb 22). However, till 11 Feb 22 there was no message from neither Artment nor ecom express. I called up customer care of ecom express on 12 Feb 22. I was told to wait for 72hrs. Accordingly, I called on 16 Feb 22. They informed me that due to some internal issue the item was not delivered. They assured me that the delivery would be made within 24hrs. However, that was not the case. From 16- 24 Feb 22, I have made more than 10 calls, texts and emails to the customer service. Every time I received the same answer - 'You will get the delivery within 24hrs'. After this, I got fed up and intend to take up the issue with the consumer forum. Till date, there was neither any delivery nor any apology letter/ mail/ call from them. Clear signs of a fraud company. Anyone wishing to avail services of Ecom express, beware. Better stick to other reputed courier firms.

Very worst Service, can't deliver the product on time, even after raising complaints lot many times. They will simply give a silly response to wait for 24 to 48 hrs. Complaining them continuously since last 5 days and still the same silly.. Useless answer from them

Even after number of calls to the Ecom assisters to track my order and ensure of proper and timely delivery . It all went into Vain. They provided assurance only in words but not through their services. My product is yet undelivered even after lapse of almost 2 weeks. Atlast , in call , they said manpower shortage. Very Bad service and we even couldn't knew when we actually receive our product. Totally fed up. I think, i should make self pick up of my product now.

Must Read. Ecom express and ecom regular services are there. now in my case ecom express courier took 17 days to deliver my product from delhi to Hyderabad. It's just 1:45 hours route by flight. And 31:00 hours route by road. i have selected ecom Express courier for fast delivery but it took 17 days to deliver in express service. Thank god i haven't select ecom regular service for courier or else it would take 206 Days to deliver as per comparison to express service. Worst experience ever
