Holding parcles to get the amount from there vendors One of my parcel booked from Pune as docket no 527384114 , these guys were like thired party (middle ware) They intially accepted the parcel from the vendor (Apex courier)in Pune and at the time of delivery at hyderabad ,they are holding the parcel stating that vendor has to pay them , then and only then they will give my parcel to me As a customer they are asking me to call the vendor (Apex courier in Pune )and make him of the pay , really pathetic way of doing the business. It's been since one week the parcel left from Pune and still lying with them I intially made calls to all the guys spot-on and Apex vendor and many , buy now I am fedup and no idea when and in which condition I will recive it .... Only one question to spoton This is not the way to do business , for your sake you are making customer to suffer and forcing them to follow up on your vendors who are not paying You can see the tracking pic as attachment it's says refused by reciver - Terms of payment

I GOT TWO CONSIGNMENTS FROM MORADABAD UP STATE THE DELIVERY WAS IN TIME THE DOOR DELIVERY WAS VERY GOOD THE DELIVERY PERSON HAS THRO KNOWLEDGE OF THE CITY ON TIME DELIVERY VERY GOOD NETWORK THRO TRACKING THE CONSIGNMENT RIGHT FROM ITS DESPATCH TO DOOR DELIVERY VERY GOOD LOGISTICS COMPANY

I got the goods delivered through spoton nacharam as a 3rd party person (middleware) as my order (packing, moving and dumping) was given to Josh Packers and movers and they handedover it to spoton. Mysore to hyderabad. I am utterly disappointed in terms of delay in goods, giving warning by driver by taking back the goods to their go down(or warehouse) when asked to put the goods inside, safety of goods at stake as the carton boxes are broke open and chances of missing goods, bike is brought in a bad condition as dumping of bike has got lot of scratches and got many scratching sounds. 1. Delayed/worst service : The goods were kept at godown for almost 5 days, after numerous calls, finally the goods were delivered and kept at door step instead dumping inside the house. One asked me to come and get the goods at uppal which is 10 kms away from the home where the goods are to be delivered (I shifted from another state, asking me to collect at some other place as if it is a credit card courier packet), someome asked me to collect the bike alone at nacharam and other goods will be delivered at home, Someone said I am staying outside of hyderabd though my area comes under hyderabad and delayed the delivery of goods. 2. Safety of goods is at stake: Couple of carton boxes are opened, the plastic tape put on carton boxes are broke open. 3. Interactiom of driver is bad: Giving warning to me by taking all luggage back to their go down when asked to put the carton boxes and other goods Inside of house as all carton boxes/other luggage are kept at door step only. 4. Burned pocket by paying extra money : As the goods are kept at door step, again couple of other guys are to be engaged to carry the goods from door step to inside of home. 🙏 It's beyond the imagination, a great lesson learned so be cautious before handing over our luggage to these packers and movers, make sure to handover our luggage to a proper packers and movers who can pack properly, safely moved without break open the boxes, safely dumped inside the house instead dumping at door step. 🙏 I would like to give 0 rating, as I don't have an option, so giving rating as 1.
