If you are not ready to deliver the couriers, cancel your franchise and services. Please do not play with customers lives. My medicines got struck because of your irresponsible behaviour, it is wasted in transit. As you are not accepting parcels to Palamaner, it is struck in madanapalle franchise since 2 weeks, I know what I am speaking. I can understand your area is in redzone, there should be way out for this problem right ? Why can't you arrange a pickup from madanapalle and directly deliver the couriers to customers. Why won't you answer the calls or call back ? If this is the case how do we get the support required ? Mine 3 couriers are struck with DTDC now, who is responsible for the loss and delay ? All other courier partners are delivering my orders without any delay, only issue is with You and DTDC. Logistics business is not just for earning, there should be a minimum sense of responsibility and trust too.

Most quarrelling and discourteous agent. No decent person with some sense of dignity will deal with him. He haunts customers and virtually drives them away. He refuses to answer genuine doubts of customers regarding the probable door delivery and date. It's surprising that such persons are engaged as agents by DTDC. It's understood that many customers have the same compliants.

This guy completely changed the definition of door delivery.. According to him customer should go to his door to deliver package. Worst service from this people.. If he can't deliver the package, then what's the point in delivery field?

The worst courier service ever. The owner of dtdc palamaner branch is pathetic. He doesn't deliver courier to the address and instead insists on collecting from his office. The main purpose of door to door delivery is not met. Owner says he doesn't have enough staff to deliver the courier. Next time he says the area is beyond his service limits. He is very arrogant fellow over phone. He doesn't have sense on how to talk to customers. Instead he provokes customers to do what ever they could to spoil his image. He thinks he is Monopoly. If we insists him to deliver the courier he returns them without our acknowledgement. Very pathetic service provider. Tried to contact dtdc main office and it has no proper contact details on net. I will not recommend dtdc even if it were the last guy to provide service. I wish he perishes soon from business as it tarnishes the image of dtdc on whole.
