These people have found a new way of earning without doing anything. They are not attempting delivery and falsely updating the status as not delivered due to consignee not available at address. I called the courier service and they said they are not able to deliver because their delivery boy has contracted corona and is not able to deliver, boys are new and don't know the address etc. But my question is why are they falsely stating that consignee was not available? And with this kind of service DTDC claims its No-1 in courier service.
