It is d worst service provided by dtdc. I sent a courier to Chennai in d last last week of November. Due to some reason I got a update from dtdc on 1/12/16 that d courier has been returned. Today it's 8/12/16 but d courier has not reached me yet even after n number of follow ups. Even 1star is more from them. Such an unprofessional service. Suggesting everyone not to go with dtdc.
