Worst service. I was expecting a courier which was showing out for delivery since 2 days but not being delivered to me. I called the local franchisee but they kept on making excuses. On complaining on customer support they just took my email id and raised a ticket for it which will take another one for their representative to get back to me. Seriously pathetic service by #DTDC

worst service provide , never trust them. not at all helpful but they will charge you full for the consignment no matter what. courier done on 18th oct and till date its not received by the customer and now they say please ask your client to come and collect it.

The person in Dtdc are very rude they didn’t pic the call or if they pic the call noone is ready to talk about the courier aisi service ko close kr dena chahie we get in problem if our parcels are not delivered don’t choose Jhansi dtdc for any service

The guy here has serious anger issues, he was arrogant and rude. He literally abused the fellow NCR guys of his company, for providing false commitments, this is all when he's the one who doesn't wanna do his duty. Next-day delivery is a joke in DTDC. They weren't able to deliver the parcel from Delhi to Jhansi in 2 days, so don't waste premium charges for ordinary delivery. There's nothing as Super Franchise, so it won't be open 24 hrs., not even 7 days, THIS PLACE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS, no matter what they promise. Wont ever recommend DTDC to anyone specially when u r parceling something to Jhansi.

Ever time I use dtdc it has the worstest experience, I am not getting any update related to my parcel from last 38hrs ,I’m trying to being connect with the customer care but they are not responding not picking up calls I would prefer to use delhivery.com never faced issue with it the fastest courier service provider it even shows in how many days it will reach you
