If here is below 1 star option I will give that. One of worst Transport service provider and Worst Manager in VRL. He never listen and disconnect the call. Never listen the. Issue. We send goods to Tirupati and whole food products received in very bad condition. No Safety No Help . Think twice before choosing VRL . Choose VRL if you want to loose your customer and don't care of goods.

It was my first experience with VRL logistics. For the very big distance of 1600kms. Great logistic service provider. Big network, long coverage, cheap transportation cost compare to other logistic service providers. Nice experience, they also have app based tracking system, you can track your consignment status frequently. Yes they also have sms service on the phone itself.
