This company has worst service in Gwalior. Their representatives don't care for your product to deliver. They just cancel or write on the site that order was denied. These are just sucking hate service of courier in Gwalior. A reputated company has lost its trademark in Gwalior. They charge unanimously for delivery of product. Just useless service. I hate it. I always have the same experience.

They don't deliver the parcel at your address. They will call you and ask to collect it from their office. It is very bad and unprofessional. This kind of behaviour should be stopped immediately. They should deliver the parcel at mentioned address instead of asking customer to collect.
