ST courier was know for quick service and polite customer service. But recently the activities of the employees are making me unsatisfied with the service. Everytime when i receive a parcel from dealer, im being asked to visit the office and collect the parcel. Its understandable that during lockdown we were asked to come to office but its not fair to follow the same practice even now. Im working in a bank at Thanjavur.im operating everyday from Pudukkottai. Its not easy for me to collect the parcel from office as soon as you call me. Why is it so difficult to deliver the parcel at home? Today i was being asked to come to office. When i asked the reason i was told that they won't deliver when there s single parcel. They will do home delivery when there more number of parcels in the same location. What kind of service is this? Its really annoying. Why should we pay delivery charges when delivery is not made. Kindly consider my issue and try to improve your services so that we don't lose our hopes on ST COURIER. We still believe in st courier.
