Worst Service Ever , Not receiving the call so unprofessional . Even not able to write the address properly . Courier is misrouted to some other place not taking any action , unprofessional behaviour . never choose their service. Giving false hope to customer everytime saying working on that. simply worst . Can be a good option for metros but not a great choice for transporting parcels between smaller cities. Due to their hubs being located in metros, the parcel is routed through long route which consumes lot of time in transit. For example, I recently transported a parcel from Varanasi, UP to Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Even though the distance between the cities is 550 km, parcel took more than 5 days to arrive as it was routed through Varanasi-Mumbai-Ranchi-Jamshedpur.

High charges-Pathetic service,-very poor responses, nobody bothers to pick up the phone, nobody explains the delay, even if the address is correct, they simply mark it RTO, not bothering to call the number on the envelop nor returning the consignment in time, even the Govt. Speedpost is better. Wonder why they are sooooooo complacent.
