They took more than a week to send currier from Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar. No support no call, no one responded. I would have walked to gandhinagar before this. Maruti is far better then this people. Forcefully giving one star , there should be options for minus 1 They eve threatened when raised complaint and completely unprofessional people. Will not recommend even free service from this place.

WORST Experience ever. They are lier, cheap people. I tried to call them 10times to receive my parcel(which was out for delivery since last 4 days), they never picked up my call, I went to their office and call them to check what they are doing, they just put my call on silent. When I asked them why you guys are not delivering my package or picking up my calls they gave me non sense answers. I would not suggest to choose DTDC ever.

I don't know how these business run in India. Nobody will pick up call. They'll keep parcel with them for 3 days and won't deliver. And will send the courier back. You money gone. Nobody will answer. DTDC itself is a bogus company. You don't have customer care at all. Their customer care email will bounce and nobody will fix it.
