I am using DTDC courier service for a while now, for receiving goods from my relatives stayed outside West Bengal. In my location their service is quite good. They take less time to deliver goods compared to other courier serviecs located in my region. Their local agent is very helpful and always provide his level best assistance to his customers. I am satisfied with their service. DTDC is an excellent courier service. I have had only good experience till date. This time I tried the DTDC App to courier and it was a disaster. I booked the parcel on the 10th of August for a home pickup and waited for 2 days but no sign of a pickup. I tried the toll free number, numbers on the website and mailed too. All in vain. On the 12th I took the parcel to the nearest DTDC office and paid the courier charges once again, though double of the online booking. But excellent customer service at the franchisee. Then I canceled the online booking on the 12th. Interestingly today the 13th the pickup came. I do not know when I will get the refund. But really an eye opener for app based business.
