Worst service, Worst than government offices. So careless people, they behaved like they are gods. I have sent a courier with the bill, but they missed the bill. When the person came to collect, they denied giving the courier. These VRL people missed the bill and it's their mistake. Because of this, they made my brother wait for 3 hours. So irresponsible people.
