The person who is handling was good and it took very less time to take the parcel.He charged 20rs to take it.if the parcel is lifted by labour we have to pay extra 50rs to them.Overall nice experience with tanuku vrl.

Very bad experience with the person at the desk. Not at all interested to talk with customer. He doesn't even give proper information for any enquiry. This happened nearly 3-4 times.
