VRL logistic one of biggest chain in south India. This ware house is located in between Visakhapatnam and Srikakulam highway! It’s busy all the time. Waiting time can take 30-50Mits to find your shipment. Well organised. Staff responded very well.

Get your auto etc for pickup. Not always Auto or Ace is available at this place. Present in the service road so Google maps misses the subway and makes you take a U turn of 9km extra if travelling by Car

This is genuine review after visiting the centre twice and experiencing horrible service. Even it don’t deserve a single star, worst delivery service center, staff behaviour is pathetic, they don’t even respond well and they shout, lack of patience and accountability towards their job, I don’t understand how such a big giant VRL is not putting their employees well under control . I’m going to drop an update to all my friends/partners/businesses to not to use any of the services from VRL from now. Person who sits right next to the door(front desk) is not at all qualified to work anywhere on the earth. Hope Heads of VRL should keep a track on feedback of customers for their delivery hubs/service centres.
