Highly overpriced and pathetic customer support. NEVER CHOOSE DTDC if you want thing to be delivered on time. No matter what ever they say, even if you pay extra, once the payment is done, you will have no idea what will happen to it. If you try to connect with customer care on call or via Mail or on Twitter, all you will get is some random scripts to just fool you. Better use some other service. Extremely disappointed.

Pathetic service. They will not deliver to the house. We need to collect couriers directly from them. They charge very high courier charges. Staff's behaviour is very rude. So please avoid DTDC venjaramoodu & opet other courier agencies in venjaramoodu.

I had sent a consignment of 50 kg from venjaramoodu dtdc branch on 21st may,2022 to adimali dtdc branch. I was charged 70 rs per kg and a total of 3500rs plus 250rs for packing was paid by me. but on enquiring at other dtdc centers they told the usual rate as 40rs,to a max of 45rs.i am hereby writing everything in details for other customers to see this.dont ignore this msg as i did for the previous reviews of this particular dtdc center

It was a very bad experience. The person calls me from office and asks me when are you coming to collect the parcel. When I asked him as to whether he delivers it , then he tells me that his delivery is till Gokulam Medical college only. I told him that my house is just near by which he finally agreed to come. When he reached the main road I told him to come inside the lane and mine is the fourth house. I was waiting outside my house . He came and started arguing that is it the fourth house or not? I am a regular customer who purchases online and all the other courier services come to my door step. Poor behaviour alongwith with improper way of handling such things makes this place a strict no … for any further dealings…. Now that the person has replied and since both the review and the reply is on public domain , everybody can take a call as to what kind of business they are doing.In this competitive world u all can see a business man trying to teach a customer manners and the person coming to deliver is not having even a pen shows their lackadaisical attitude. My parcel had the pin code when the person has booked from Mumbai and they should not have accepted the parcel if they could not deliver. When everyone else is coming to door step I do not know what they are trying to achieve.Further I am not interested in wasting time on this but have intimated DTDC on mail. Let them decide as to how they want to run their business…

Had very good experience here. I had called office before going and the lady working there explained well and after reaching there she helped well. Though she had some doubts, she called her supervisor and clarified. Atleast she knows how to treat a customer well. Only problem with this office is, you will not nitice it easily. It is located in first floor of a building when you pass venjaramoodu towards kottayam.
