They called me to visit the office and collect the parcel from there, since I live near the office, I didn't have a problem but this is not professional. I can't believe after so many bad reviews no one from the upper management has looked into it. Also the bluedart is much better ...everywhere!!

This is a Frenchise of DTDC locating in Gaeja market Noida for sending parcels. A good facility for nearby residents. The best part is they collect the parcel/letter for delivery from nearby customers residents as well at no cost.

Worst experience from deliver company It's 3rd time my parcel has reached indore 4 days back and there is no sign to me for me that it would deliver to me in 1-2 days even after visiting dtdc apex office the rejected to give me my parcel with wrong claims It would take 2 days to reach indore from delhi nearly 700 km But it surely take 10 days to deliver even within 5 km range

These people are very unprofessional , shabby, no decent employee and so isliye company very unprofessional. We had a passport and visa booked from Delhi to Dewas on 11 jan 2023 and was suppose to be delivered on 13 jan 2023 but thanks to there employee they have misplaced the bag in transit according to mr Sajal Pathak they say it very lightly aapka ka docket tha humara to bag missing ho gaya hai usme 45 docket hai, they blame there vendor for misplacing it and he will do fir and till date no fir or solution done by company. Mr Sajal says vendor will do and vendor says it's DTDC company who will do fir. Never ever book with these creep company just see yourself how these people dress and they behave. No code of conduct. No responsibility, no response. They charge equivalent to Bluedart but atleast they deliver on time and have technology and customer care department whereas DTDC customer care u can never reach even if you reach no resolution.

Worst then 3rd class Service and response... Untrained employees .Service provided by this Company is worst and pathetic. They charge more than double the charge for normal delivery but they deliver parcel very late. People at DTDC courier makes false commitments. They are really useless fellows. They should shutdown the company - "DTDC ... So called express ltd."

Worst than the worst service. I didn't get a call and not even the delivery guy came to my house but they wrote " Receiver denied the parcel". I called them many times but no response and afterwards wen i reached there, they were returning my parcel back. Worst delivery service. You're call centre is just for name, no one picks up the calls, no response to complaints , nothing. You know a court case against you for mental harassment is totally worth it
