Consider this place as last option if you are really tight on budget and just need a okay place to stay. The staff doesn't help. They don't even give bedsheet and towels. No proper facilities, the rooms are in pity state. Need repairs and not at all clean. Only good thing is coimbtore station is bit near. We got a couple room for less than Rs400. Don't really think of this place if you really in need of

My ratings here are unconnected to what I have to say. To start with, I have not stayed in this place at all. But after reading all the comments, I just invited myself to reply to all. The average cost of a double bedroom is approximately 750 to 800 per night anywhere, and at 400 or below it is a throw away price. If you guys can get towel, sanitizers, soaps, and all those perks anywhere in India at 400rs, please mention it here. You pay peanuts but want Royal services? 😅 come on guys, pay more get better amenities, if you can spend hours to find cheapest hotel online then be ready to adjust and stop complaining. I really wonder why this is close to the railway station, you cross the road and find 100 places opposite to the railway station hardly 100 metres away. But you take the efforts to get a rickshaw all the way here which would probably take 10 minutes and cost 80 or 100 and you pay 400 for 24 hours???? People who are complaining here are purely cheapskates who have a big mouth and probably empty pockets... Or just misers who want to just blame the hotel over petty issues. It's even more puzzling that so many bad reviews are there and people still keep coming lol lmao 😂🤣 Pay more and get your needs done. And yeah about the ID's and hotel policies, everything cannot be mentioned online. Every hotel have their own rules and their right to fulfil the reservation. If you people have so much attitude, book a room in Radisson or vivanta... Why kota? 😂 All these long stories for justification that 400rs per night is too much for their services and amenities? I still can't stop laughing reading those reviews and the extent of time spent in typing them... 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 Services and politeness comes when workers are paid decently. The amount you pay isn't enough even for the electricity and water you get... So staff behaviors being rude is not a weird thing to come across... Quit complaining and be more responsible

One of the worst experiences with oyo. No one could help either oyo or hotel staff. Very much disappointed as the services were pathetic and room was in worse condition as you can see in pictures. Pillow covers were torn and bedspread was so dirt, when asked for change they said there is no laundry available. Complained to oyo for change of room and they could not do anything about. After few days they offered 20% refund that too in oyo money where you have to utilise this for your next booking and with such experience who will prefer oyo, not me and rest is up to you guys.

Absolutely pathetic. 1. You have to walk 100 stairs to reach the reception. 2. The rooms look like they are cleaned 50 years ago. 3. Dont expect hot water there is not even water. 4. The staff only knows the word No. You ask them bedsheets, mosquito repellent, they say No. 5. If you have an Enemy or your ex. Please book this hotel for them. 😢😢

The rooms are below average, perfect for solo travellers. If you need just a place to sleep for a night then it isok. Rooms and sheets are clean. But the walls are dirty gives vibe of old house. No Toilet paper, handwash, soap, dustbin.

This is the worst hotel i ever visited. 1. Rooms were not clean. 2. There was no hot water. 3. No blankets were provided to sleep even after requesting so much 4. No towel was provided. 5. Staff was very unhelpful. 6. There were Mosquitoes in rooms. Very bad. Had to sleep without blanket whole night 7. Talking about bed u can feel the spring inside. 8. You have to climb many stairs to reach reception. 9. There was no dust bin in the room 10. They don't have food facility. 11. There was no tv. 12. No drinking water 13. Instead of blanket They provide you free mosquitoes so tht they can bite you whole night. Don't book this hotel believe me it's very bad hotel.

Please read, I and my parents with siblings visited Ooty on my vacation and on the way back home booked two rooms here and reached here late 8.00 PM, carried the whole luggage of three bags upstairs and got rejected room because of not having all persons ID cards (Although we are same family and my Father having some walking problems due to his Foot ulcer), atleast they can understand a family of Five with ladies and a sick man searching for another room at this late night at an unknown place, but they didnt valued it and asked to call Booking site and book another. READERS CAN THINK AS IT A SILLY MATTER, BUT THOSE WHO FACED IT IN AN UNKNOWN PLACE AT NIGHT WITH SICK PARENTS AND SIBLINGS KNOW THE REAL PAIN. A request to everybody who read this message Please show some humanity to everybody irrespective of thier class, colour, religion etc. KINDLY READ REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING. They are having strict and different policies and rules which we have never heard anywhere. 1. No boys and girl will stay in same room until they are relative AND ALSO they must be having SAME ADDRESS PROOF. 2. Denied early check-in booked via app saying they have no rooms and offered me rooms that suddenly appeared if I could pay twice the booking amount extra. These kind of people are the shame of the face of the hotel industry. Exploiting travellers at the dawn of the day is unacceptable. Pity that such establishments are still up and running. The receptionist was a male who was absolutely rude, stubborn and of no help. Wish no one has to go through this.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor. No luggage assistance and no lift. You have to carry your luggage 2 floors. The receptionist was coughing continuously and not wearing a mask. I insisted him to wear a mast but he didn't care. No hot water, no tv, no drinking water, no parking, no toiletries, no towels. Beds are very old. Feels like sleeping on the springs. The room and bathroom are not clean. Blankets are provided only on request. Couldn't sleep at night because of mosquitos. Overall, don't spoil your day. Avoid going to this hotel.

No boys and girl will stay in same room until they are relative AND ALSO they must be having SAME ADDRESS PROOF. 2. Though if you are relative and not having same address proof then you are not allowed, then you need to cancel the booking or book another room. With me there were my friends both were sisters another one were not having photo copy of back end of aadhar card but still they were insisting for back end copy. As though on front they were having same surname same father name but still they want same address as they were having issue from local police station. They will alot room if all are boys or girls but no boy and girl in same room. They are cheap, show near by from Coimbatore Railway Station but recommend to take rickshaw, if you are single or boys and want to spend night you can take. No hot water, no drinking water, no soap, no breakfast or other amenities. You will only get room, bed with electricity in it. It's my personal experience and I don't want anybody to face any problem as my dear friend were not feeling and in need of total rest and I was dealing with this mess but still were sticking to there rule and as it was late in night I need to book another room.

I booked for one day and I called for confirmation they told yes come on that time also I'm telling I'll reach the hotel by night 1AM they told no problem. I went by 1:30 they told no room are there in the time of 1:30. If you want to book room in coimbatore book any hotel but don't book this rubbish hotel.
