Then with so many second thoughts I opted for this..to my surprise I have crossed 1 yr no pbm till date ..they respond very well to all our queries....their service is really good ...without any research anyone can opt for this .. 👍

Worst customer service. Worst broadband connection. They wont pick up your call but they will call u at the end of the month when u need to pay amount. Too much pocket lose and weak signal that always speed fluctuate. all the reason they give is they are concentrating on fibre so broadband will give trouble. even i dont have idea about their fibre too. :D. when u keep complain about the problem they wont admit that its their mistake. but they will approach u sarcastically :).

Highly recommended service provider. I switched from BSNL Fiber to DHL Fiber. Their service has been impeccable. No disconnection issues. Speed is outstanding. Overall great service in the one month I’ve used them. Only two negatives that I can point out are: 1) FUP Limit is daily instead of monthly. This can be difficult sometimes. Would prefer if they give monthly FUP with option to top up FUP. 2) Post FUP speed is way too slow at 512KBPS. They should at least provide 1 or 2 MBPS post FUP speed. Other than this, I have no other complaints using their service. Been a joy so far.

I am using act fibernet internet service provider.it is a good connection of internet for computers and laptops.it provides a high speed of data then compare to others providers.it provides a limited data.but its speed is very high.no doubt its customer service is not much good.but the cost of money for internet in dhl fiber net is good.they provide a data in packages such as in month, three months and six months.starting data speed is from 111mbps to 1gbps tq dhl provider

The worst Internet service provider for gaming ..if you are a gamer i would advice not to go with this isp. Their connections are laggy and you would experience heavy packet loss in connection .The installation cost is higher than all other internet service providers.
