Worst service. They misplaced my courier. Didn't deliver my courier to the addressed person n delivered to random person n place. I had sent most important original documents due to hurry. But DTDC showed out for delivery n successfully delivered status online before actual delivery of courier. I called addressed person to confirm delivery details but he didn't get. Toooooo worst service. Don't go with it n do not send ur important documents. If possible I won't give one star also. Starless service 👎👎👎

Worst courier services... They should close down.. Not worth to be called as courier services... They aren't prompt in their service, always give lame excuses, delayed the parcel by 4 days than expected delivery date... Parcel guy said to go and collect it from the office. Plus the price they charge are too much.. I mean not worth the price that they charge to deliver the parcel..too much overrated...don't even deserve 1 star that's for sure.. please don't opt for this

It was my first time visit over here to send an urget courier. The staff was cordial and professional. DTDC was super quick as though it was told me that it may take 3 days to reach the parcel due to lockdown issues but it got delivered within 25 hours. Keep it up team.
