The owner of this guest is super nice, well mannered and well behaved. Rooms are nice and cleaned. Better than the rest of the hoteliers in this range. Place is nice and spacious. You get enough of the privacy. All the offered amenities found to be working with full capacity. Hotel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner costing you as per the their menu card. They provide you path and suggestions so you don't get conned by anyone. Definitely for people who don't want to pay anything like 5⭐ hotel room. But want to have room which is well maintained and clean and hygienic. Didn't felt unsafe so you can visit with family too. Close to the main ghat as well so you don't have to waste much of your time. We are satisfied with the services given. Definitely a big thumbs up for this hotel.

Hotel was handled by a teenager. Typical UP guy always ready to attack with words. Location is decent but nothing to commute. You'll have to walk 1 km even for tea or basic things. Property was literally a house. Rooms were spacious but no window no ac fan almost dying. You'll suffer suffocation by just staying for 1 hr in humid season. Too much heat inside room. And then they'll charge 1300+ They don't have cold water and even refused to give plate glass and bowl to eat. Toilet and room were clean but heat made everything worst.

Issues in early check-in... There was no room service and room hygiene when we asked for giving the clean linens. This is also a lot far from main road and in a very narrow street, so it will be good to have a bike.. otherwise you will have to walk a lot. Rooms are not properly ventilated so it is suffocating to stay with closed doors.. we slept with doors wide open as we didn't have much valuebles.

This guest house is just 5 min away from dashashwamedh ghat(Varanasi) one of the holiest ghat.The interior of the rooms are good and service is also good. The room is around 200m away from kashi vishwanath temple.

Hotel Location is very Hard to find it can be easy if They guide the address proper on call .2) No staff is available for Cleaning untill u chek out ! 3) no Guidance and no information co-operate for tour ! 4) Main important thing Care taker never receive call at all in morning to start gyeser you will need to bath with cold water only he never received call at all in morning ! 5) no food facility is available , no ventilition in room

Property maintenance, Decorate Bangla model decoration is very wel.laundary management are also clean.. Smooth Check In Smooth Check Out There was no mistake.. Yes I know 100/100 is not possible but please provide towels, bath mats and washroom water was not coming well, please change property number from Oyo app i think its not rechargeable.Everything else is fine thanks a lot..

When I reached the hotel, the person sitting at the reception was intoxicated and started abusing me as soon as I reached. Confirmation has come near him, he told him that go and take a room from Oyo , I do not have any room here, they say that I was thrown out of the hotel, my wife was also with me, I felt very bad now i would never book room from oyo in future... 😡

Worst worst wrost . Hotel may be good but after booking I was not able.to find the exact location. The location is really ever wrost. Even locals didn't know about this and that's why they were not able to guide the path. Even the hotelier and Oyo will not provide any contact details to contact. I request Oyo to give the exact location so that no one will find difficulty. And I request hotel to contact the persons personally for any help whi has done booking.
