Zero 0️⃣ star is best for them. Bad service. It has been 8 days my pan card arrive here but they don't deliver. When my brother goes there they say that the delivery boy who has your pan card is not here and it's not their responsibility. They don't know how to behave and talk. The employee name is Pramod chakarvarti. Is there any option to go police station and file a complaint about them I will do that for sure. Or simply tag bahraich police on Twitter with his call recordings.

Booked a parcel for a particular pincode paying ₹150 but parcel was held at Bahraich DC asking for ₹100 more to deliver at the designated pincode. If they don't have service to a pincode why did they book altogether?? I had to collect it from there office as they refused to deliver it without additional payment for which they would not even give a receipt. Very bad experience. I would rate them as a bogus company.
