Pathetic experience by DTDC , it showed "out for delivery" from 2 days but they didn't deliver, when we reached at 7.30 PM while they were actively working,they denied to give the parcel . Such things are really skeptical. Will try again to take my parcel .

Pathetic service and false update on the tracking site. consignments in siliguri remain undelivered for days after being recieved in the hub and no one responds to calls. even if one reaches the service, he has to make numerous visits to get his consignment delivered. THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN SILIGURI.
