Though DTDC is a well known courier service but these people isn't mainting it's reputation. I didn't have a good experience with Dtdc..I've booked an urgent courier with DTDC PLUS that costs me 6× times the actual price & they promised me that it will be delivered within 2 days(that's why I've paid that 6x amount) but they took 6 days to deliver it just as a normal courier and even they didn't gave me correct tracking ID due to which I wasn't able to track my courier. All my money got wasted😕.

Wish I could rate negative here. It has happened twice when my courier shows delivered but actually it never got delivered after panicking we go to the office and I can see my stuff lying around. I had to transport some heavy stuff from bangalore to gwalior so i booked door to door service and paid money, but guys here are just irresponsible. DTDC need to take action on these guys for these kind of misconducts😑

I booked a courier on 17th Nov for Mumbai and it was supposed to get it delivered there on 20th Nov. Today is 23rd Nov and what I come to know it has been re-directed. Dont know why. Further, they dont have any local number; customer care mentioned on their site does pick the call.
