Ship your courier here only if you want to "Waste your time". This distributor doesn't deliver your courier until the sender makes complaint from his side for not delivering the courier. I was a receiver and made complaint also to DTDC customer care but was of no use. It wasted my 4 days.

Not professional at all, every time parcel came, they asked to pick it from warehouse, even when it was sent for door step delivery. They give reason that address is too far and we don't deliver even when address is in less than 500 mtr circle. As per rule, door step delivery is applicable within 7 KM circle. We picked parcel from warehouse 10 times, 3rd time when the sender side vendor talked to to him, then he promised to deliver to address. But then we had to wait for entire day and they delivered at end of the day. VRL ere gives better service than them, delivers on time, hassle free door step delivery.

This courier does not deserve 1 star also...the person who runs this agency asks to pick up parcel from his office with execuses like they can't deliver to home address,DTDC is restricted for areas. There are better local logistics in area than this. 0% customer satisfaction. Arrogancy at its peak. This courier must be either transferred to some good agency or shut down by authorities.
