VRL is no more a brand! VRL ensured to spoil our journey completely. We booked from Navi Mumbai to Madgaon AC Sleeper bus. First they called 1 hr before departure and told that Goa bus is not available from Mumbai and they provided us the non AC seating bus from Navi Mumbai till Pune. Then they shifted us to another bus which was below average and looked more like a city bus. This got true when the bus broke down 200km before Madgaon 5.30am in morning. Driver tried hard to reach out to VRL office but no response, no alternate bus, no mechanic and lost many hours. We took another bus from there on our own till Panjim and then Cab from Panjim to Madgaon spending 2200rs extra. We lost freaking 5hrs in this and reach late afternoon. Pathetic service, poor management by VRL.

Pathetic service.. won't even attempt a delivery.. they will give wrong information on phone.. When u actually go to pick up they will tell u all kinds of false stories.. in the end you yourself will have to load the package in your vehicle.. The people there are very lazy and are not of any help.. refrain from using this courier service
