Worst service one cannot imagine. I parceled​ laptop to Bangalore on 11sept, delivered on 21 Sept. Took more than a week, not handled properly, scratches and damaged. DTDC alipurduar, phone no. is irresponsive. No update on tracking service. Worst worst worst..! Think twice before you step into DTDC alipurduar.

They charges much more than any other DTDC courier service... I parcelled a courier from DTDC kolkata, they charged me Rs. 50 only whereas for the same parcel this DTDC courier service charged me Rs. 165. It's just insane. Later I parcelled it via Speed Post @ Rs.42. Please avoid this DTDC courier service.
