The parcel to be delivered at Changanacherry, sent from Bangalore was pending at the Changanacherry office of DTDC. I happened to contact one Mr. Manoj at the delivery office, he was very helpful and prompt and got the parcel delivered within the next 30 minutes. There were many negative experiences from DTDC, but Mr. Manoj rose to the occasion during the last week of December 2021.
