Pathetic service ever I have ever seen in my life by DTDC. First, I sent the parcel 8 day's back but still not received by my family. After calling several times they received the call, and provide me the no of delivery person. delivery partner told me he delivered the parcel with in few hours but now he is saying that I am going to deliver the parcel as the address is little far from the highway. seriously @DTDC is this your service towards customer.
