Not that great. The call details given in the Google is also wrong it will connect you to the customer care of Indian Post ATM service. If your parcel is with them so I insist to kindly collect it by yourself as they treat them very badly. My OTG was lying there for 3 days and no one informed that the parcel has arrived and when I visited the branch one of the personal he threw my parcel like it was a trash, even it was written " Handle with Care"/ Fragile.

Biggest Frauds, they marked my package as delivered and actually never delivered the parcel, on contacting DTDC customer care they told to forget about the package and move on, not sure what is credibility of this courier company, but it has employed multiple thieves who don't deliver the packages and run away, next time you choose DTDC you are risking your delivery, Bluedart and Delhivery are much more trustable than these thieves.

My doctor had parcel my medicine from these courier service. It's been 20 days and I haven't recieved anything. I need to take those on early basis. They don't even pick any number. Even I try to visit the centre but I didn't find its centre in Shimla. Moreover, customer service is very poor. They are not picking any call. This should be stop such services if they can't send the parcels in time.

Extremely unprofessional service. I got a message from them that delivery failed but I didn't even receive a call from the delivery boy. If he had actually come, he would have called me to ask for the address if he was finding it difficult to locate it. But they just give an out for delivery text and then later delivery failed text in evening. It is better to use other services such as BlueDart and Delhivery which are doing a good job. I already had a pathetic experience with them few years back and never used their service after that, but this time I again had an encounter with them and their pathetic service as my client didn't have any other courier available at their location.
