They didn't do home delivery for my package and asked to collect it from their office. I felt it silly since my home is only 3 km from their office and it is very much accessible as we live facing the MC road. Also when I tried to send a laptop to MG road Ernakulam, the charges estimated are too high. The only good thing I felt is the behaviors of the front desk person.
