Courier service name should be changed to UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE. I want to give -ve star. Worst service. Never delivered courier to deliver address. Always saying courier boy is new and he don't know address to deliver and asks customer to collect from office. Very very very worst service. Lady in Villianur office is worst among all. It seems we need to enquire about any courier we received and we need to collect it. Villianur professional courier never cares about delivering your courier (if we need our courier, we need to ask them and collect it).

Very worst delivery service . I was suppose to receive an important form/Letter from my company HR but missed due to Villianur Professional couriers. The delivery boy gave me 1 sec ring on my phone. Then i dialed that number from my missed call list and that the package delivery boy was saying that i called your mobile number in-front of your home but you didn't pickup. I asked that boy there is a big calling bell at my entrance and i was sitting in front of my home only but no one came then suddenly a lady( Delivery owner it seems) she took that phone she was saying he don't know how to speak. So come and collect the courier from the office. I was really frustrated with them. I had a very good opinion on this Professional couriers but i never go to their service again. I went and collected the courier. Very bad experience !!!
