First of all my package was about 115 kg but they charged me of 150 kg. That was fine because I was so desparate to get it delivered within time. They'd estimated delivery date of 30th sept but took more than 20 days to deliver my order. Meanwhile when I was trying to connect they just made fake promises that it'll be delivered today. It'll be delivered next day but it didn't. When I pushed too much they provided me number of local warehouse who was a senior thug then their customer service representatives. Again he made promises like today it'll be at your place but as like the company, he didn't delivered and stopped picking calls. Again I'd to use harsh Words then he provided me new number that was of his driver. The driver told me the actual situation that they're underpaying them that's why they need to wait and collect packages from different courier services to deliver along on the way to my location. The driver promised me that he will deliver after two and finally he did. This whole process and poor service took my so much energy along with money. Finally I've received my package that's in good condition, thank god. If I've an option, I'll not use this service ever again, I swear.
