I wish I could give minus ratings for these people. Who don't value people time. They took my courier charged me without even weighing it and when courier didn't reached its destination they stoped picking my calls.... Like seriously being a small entrepreneur this company is total harrasment

During ongoing COVID-19, I sent two parcel destined to my corporate office in Noida. Both delivered successfully on time. Additionally , DTDC owner did the parcel packing free of cost. Overall, i am happy with services provided. Grt thanks ! for DTDC for support in COVID-19.

Worst Franchise delivery partner of DTDC, who all have given 5 Star ratings are there known people itself don't go fro #DTDC , You need to go and collect parcel they don't deliver at home very unprofessional staff.

Do not deliver at your place even though I am just 1-2 km away from their office Do not even call you on time to receive your parcel from their office itself The package received was damaged without any accountability from the courier services Do not book your parcel from the company if it is too urgent
