This place is too out located. You have to go on a muddy road for a long time to reach. And the service is not as per the expectation. But overall it is okay if u have no other choices.

The tariffs were not as advertised on OYO. There was no road to the building, you can't get there unless you plan to go offroading. Do not book unless you have your own vehicle with good ground clearance. When asked why the tariff was different, the owner was very uninterested in discussing the topic and even offered to cancel the booking on "our" phone, which we had showed him. There are better places to stay that you can consider. We ended up staying elsewhere.

I don't recommend this residency. It is not clean and the staff working here is not answering properly. I have payed 1000rs for 9pm to morning 9pm Offline booking. Please don't look under the bed 🛏️🫡.

WORST EXPERIENCE. There is great difficulty in reaching the hotel, no proper road facilities. The rooms are in bad condition and not at all maintained properly. This is not a good place to stay at all, especially for families. There are no proper facilities and the place is not hygienic. Cockroaches are there in the bathroom, bedsheets are in poor condition, fans are not fully dusted. And response of the staff to the location was also very bad. The place was like a 'Ghost Palace' and there are many stray dogs around the place.

Really dissatisfied. Don't go to this residency, it's really horrible. Oyo and residency both of us are cheating the customer. First I have booked a hotel for my family at that time they denied due to low tariff hotel . I informed to oyo they told that they can't able to do nothing thing and I asked for refund. So that oyo booked this residency and told it's very good and neat place. The location is really horrible even Google maps also struggling to find the location. Finally after one hour reached the location at 9.30 pm . The receptionist given the room and inform go upside 2nd floor. On the way there is no light and inform to receptionist he didn't care and shouted i told you on second floor. Room no.107, 108 Once enter the room, room is not clean full of dust and ladies hair spreaded everywhere. Ceiling fan is not working even it's regulator speed increased its running at very slowly. Bathroom window are not having wind glasses its at the enterence way to my room and my next room also. If anyone using that bathroom, if outside person has a look. Heater is not working in one room and water is also not coming after one hour of check-in. We didn't sleep the whole night and inform to oyo customer care and they replied that they inform to residency owner and he wil rectify immediately. But morning upto 8 clock no one come. Receptionist also vanised once received the room key. Contact number is also not reachable. All these things are informed to receptionist at morning, he said to me you are the first customer complaining like this . No responsibility from oyo and residency side I really worried why oyo is still running like this if they can't able to give good service, then they can wind-up the company. If this residency owner or oyo owner or even if there employees will stay like this with there family . Really shame of both of you.

Dont have option to Give 0 star ,If you planned to stay here better you go gandhipuram ,singanalur busstand you get better than this . Dont expect toilet is to be clean better there is lot of open area their you can go their . If you planned to go with family or couple it not going to be safe. Karma - For this wonderful residency owner have loyal employee their ,who charge more than oyo ,and he lie something with his owner always .If you go for Tasmac better you take room and enjoy other wise dont go this residency side . I feel vomiting think of this residency .
