Highly disappointed. Not at all customer friendly. My family has send a small document to me , but it didn’t arrive at proper time( more than 3 weeks, I didn’t receive yet) and when we enquire about, they were rude and argumentative. They were completely careless that they either kept a wrong information, such that the package got stuck in warehouse. It’s extremely shame on DTDC to have such a bad reputation. I never expected from a company like DTDC to have such unprofessional staff/agent. I strongly recommend everyone to not choose DTDC sulthan Bathery service.
