Absolutely terrible service. It's so difficult to tolerate them. My friend lost half the things in her courier. They only deliver the parcels once in a week and even demand payment for supposed to be free door to door delivery. Not to mention that they never respond to calls. Unbelievably unprofessional and inefficient staff.
