The message of out for delivery comes from their side but they do not come to deliver the courier to the house and if you talk on the phone they say that the courier will come and after waiting for many days you will have to go and collect it yourself, otherwise they would have returned it. It's people I am of the opinion that anyone should send your parcel but don't send it through this courier, only Ratlam city's service is most useless.
