Package was misrouted a few times resulting in delay. Each time the update from their end was customer refused delivery even though no one had contacted me at all. Finally the day package came, there was only one guy who came to deliver a 300kg furniture. Since he was alone he unloaded the product in a way it never should be handled without caring for the weaker or fragile sections. In this age of contactless delivery, I had to help the delivery guy carry the shipment to my floor.
