Extremely unprofessional. Booked my material with wrong payment method. The rates claimed at the meeting were vastly different that one which was charged. No follow up. Repeated calls to meet and solve the rate issue but nobody came. I dealt with DS Nandiyal and Rohit and i was extremely disappointed. Rate issues have still not been resolved.

It is safe to transport your luggage ..but the agents are not good in terms of behavior and they are handling our luggage worst ly.....and even they don't help you in getting your luggage to outside.... pathetic
