After bringing the prepaid item to the door step and saying that the OTP was wrong, the delivery agents did not even know which way the purchased item went. Not even an update is showing on the purchased site….. The ordered item arrived in their hands...... later did the agent deliver it to his own home???????? Direct contact cheyyan oru number polum illa. Fraud Agency....... Don't believe this type of agency... NB: We do not order goods for agents or company heads to keep as we have a lot of cash in hand. They are what we need. If you can't get it into our hands correctly, it's better to close the establishment. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Don't harass common people like this.

Worst experience ever! They kept my shipment for more than a week, never contacted me even once. Also, they say ridiculous reasons for not delivering your product. Without even contacting me, they returned the product. They never bothered to redeliver. Atleast show the courtesy to call the customer and ask them to pick up the product if you can't deliver! Please shut down this if you can't even do the only service you are supposed to provide!

Truly disappointing service. On the actual delivery date, they only called me once from a spam number and that got rejected automatically and, they never updated about its status. Even their customer service staff were irresponsible and keep asking me to wait. It's been more than a week after the schedule delivery date, and I haven't received my parcel yet. Interesting fact is, this service branch has got no contact number!

Worst experience ever!! I've ordered a shirt as a birthday gift for my husband & the delivery partner was ecom express. Delivery date was 25 oct. On the same day, they called me & I explained the correct way to my home. After that, no contact yet. 4 days later, on 29 oct, it was shown that, the delivery partner has changed the expected delivery date to 29 oct; and 2 days later, the message was like 'the delivery partner was unable to deliver your order and it has been returned to the supplier'.
